From the consulting phase to the construction phase, we build aluminium structures based on the lean manufacturing designed as support to the aeronautic, automotive, railway and food packaging. The prerogative is to create transfer systems tailored to the efficiency of process and improve productivity. However, is a prerogative to develop ergonomic workstation to optimise the quality of the worker’s life and consequently the life of the product achieved.
We also design pneumatic logic panels and systems.
We work in the industrial automation sector, designing and realizing solutions in the response to the different productions issue.
All we do is based on a close collaboration with our customers and leading companies in the industry.
Our know-how is closely connected to the production of pneumatic systems, hydraulics units, integration of anthropomorphic robots, SCARA and realization of cartesian axes.
We are constantly looking for innovative production techniques, this allows us to address a target of selected customers, with needs for high quality standards and reliability.
In fact, with a view to consistently expanding our services, we have recently completed our workshop, with machine tools (machining centers, CNC lathes, laser marking, die-sinking EDM, tangential and cylindrical grinding, 3D measuring machine) for precision mechanical work on behalf of third parties.
We offer to our customer a “LEAN” maintenance support in order to preventing faults, rather than just intervening when they occur.
Is type of proactive maintenance, is cyclical, predictive, conducted through a series of activities previously planned by experienced operators according to specific protocols.
